A Faltering Start

I started blogging way back in 2009  quite prolifically but when it did not gain traction after a few months, I lost steam and blogs became more sparse until I wasn’t uploading anything anymore.  Then in 2012, I restarted the same blog but after a few months, it fizzled out for lack of attention.  Again, I stopped until I decided to delete the entire blog altogether. 

Who likes boredom

I was just documenting my interests and goings-on in my life and when my days were not as filled up as the others, I lose interest in writing about it. My line of thought then was, if nothing exciting is going-on, there’s nothing to write about. I just got bored.

Finding Opportunities

I used to believe there was nothing interesting to write about when nothing exciting happened. However, in 2019, I began blogging again to document my thoughts and experiences and offer advice on real estate and in buying and selling businesses. As a lawyer with entrepreneurial experience, I had the opportunity to explore various challenges and concerns that companies face, from small, one-person operations to large conglomerates. 

Building Generational Wealth

The vision of any enterprise, or anyone in business, is to have wealth that transcends time. Generational wealth, as many call it. In my study and experience, it is only through real estate that one can create generational wealth. And with real estate, I mean physical and digital. The ultimate goal for any business is to create wealth that lasts for generations. In my studies and experience, real estate – both physical and digital – is the best way to achieve this.

Resourcefulness, not resources.

This blog can help provide you with the knowledge and resources you need to succeed in real estate investing. You are an investor whether you buy, sell, or rent out real estate. Real estate investing is a powerful tool for financial independence and, more importantly, for creating and maintaining generational wealth. And by real estate, I mean both physical real estate and digital real estate, like this website.

It's just me.

When I say “we,” I just refer to myself as an experienced investor, a legal professional, and an entrepreneur who built a wealth of knowledge and have gone through years of experience that I now share with you. This site has a range of learning resources to help you navigate the world of physical and digital real estate. If you prefer, you don’t have to do it alone. I am here to guide you and support you in your journey. Just invite me.

Self-education is the key to success.  Read the resources provided here or join us in our discussion squads, whatever works for you at your most convenient time, we’re here for you. Learn first, then earn. Always in that order.
